Join the Association

The Scottish Wildcat Association is a registered Scottish charity number SC040397; we are also a membership organisation which anyone who cares about the future of the Scottish wildcat can join; just for clarity that includes people who live outside the UK as well!

Membership costs just £25 for a full year, which gives you a right to attend general meetings and vote on a range of Association issues, you can find full details of these rights in our constitution.

All members also receive a membership pack and some other ongoing benefits, postage is included in the membership fee;

Scottish Wildcat Association Member Pack
Welcome letter
Quarterly email newsletter
Membership certificate
SWA window sticker
Members-only events

Plus a copy of this stunning Scottish wildcat print from Laurie Campbell's Scottish Nature collection at Edinburgh Arts; measuring 35x50cm the photo is printed on gorgeous 250gsm matt art paper and will be delivered to you in a thick card roll

We expect all our members to respect wild places, the countryside, the country code and other relevant good practice guidelines laid out by wildlife and conservation organisations, as well as putting wildcats, wildlife and the general good of the natural environment before your own interests. By joining you give us consent to store your name and contact details in our membership database; details from this database are never shared with anyone else!

Businesses and organisations that show a commitment to supporting the Association, wildcats and the natural world can also apply to become affiliated members of the Association; please contact us for more details.

Gift Aid for UK taxpayers
If you're a UK taxpayer you can also fill out a Gift Aid declaration which means we'll be able to claim back from the UK government tax you've already paid on that money; so you'll pay us £25 for membership and the Government will donate a further £7 on top! No matter how you choose to join up just fill out our Gift Aid Declaration and either post or e-mail it to us! Please note Gift Aid is only allowed for UK taxpayers!
